Loved all of the City of Ships albums, especially their approach to melody in really heavy music. Now the harmonies and choruses get to really shine in this synthpop/dreampop context. Also, production is phenomenal and arrangements can be pretty clever. Definitely give this album a listen, even if you're unfamiliar with their other bands and projects.
